RENT COLLECTION

Once a tenant is approved.  We will handle the monthly rent collection.  All tenants will be offer multiple payment options for the easiest and most efficient experience for everyone.

PREPPING HOME FOR RENT

We will make sure all current regulations are met and that your property has the proper inspections and registrations to be a legal rental property.

TENANT PLACEMENT

We will obtain a background report, credit report and a detailed application from each potential tenant.  All information will be presented to property owner and we can/will assist you with appropriate decision.
